I just wanted to put into words how I am feeling today.
I am so blown away at how God works. At times He does things that totally catch me off guard...maybe my bad for not expecting it.
I am blessed to be on a staff that love the youth and support me.
I am blessed to have youth leaders who give of themselves to the students, and support me.
I am blessed that the people in our congregation support the youth with time and money. Each year through their generosity they help us raise money to help the youth go to camp. Transportation is a big expense as you can imagine. But time and time again the people at Argyle step up and help meet our needs.
I am truly blessed!

Hummmmm
It has been a very long time sense I have been here. A lot has happened over the past year.
Not sure what to say... it's been a reflective week for sure.
I have seen God do some amazing things in and around me. I see Him working. Argyle is growing. My new pastor is amazing (I already knew that though). We as a staff are on the same page and excited about it.
Truly can't wait to see what He has in store for us next. Our job is to be ready and watching.
Miss you pastor Ken!

It's been a while.
A lot has happened in the last 3 moths or so. Some things I am still trying to process and don't talk about to much. I will be back and go into more details soon.
In Christ!

Say what?
Scripture is full of miracles. Everywhere we read, there they are. Why do we not look for them in our lives? They happen every day, but we are not conditioned to look for them. God is a god of amazement! A God who loves to do mighty things in our lives. In us and through us.

Board Christians
The Spirit has been working on me of late about the complacency of most Christians...myself included.
Why are we so "fat and sassy"? We have "fire" insurance and that's all we need? Really?
Most of us have missed who God has called us to be. We have a narrow and small picture of who God is...put Him in a box. God has so much more for His children.
May we surrender completely to our Heavenly father who has so much pleasure in this life and even more in the one to come. (John 10:10)

Prayer
When we pray, who do we pray to? I mean really. Do we think of God like we should think of Him? Read Revelation 4 and then rethink how you pray.
